Overview
The inlingua Get-A-Job program is an intensive English language course designed to sharpen the communication skills of aspirants who are aiming to get call center jobs.
We first assess the aspirant for basic communication skills. Once our instructors approve of the candidate, the aspirant can enroll for the program, and can gain from the intensive training that is designed to take his/her language and voice skills to the level required for international call centers. Getting a dream job is then just a step away - candidates may appear for interviews independently. |

Course Model and Design:
The course is divided into 3 bands of training, each of 2 weeks duration. It is a flexible course with multiple entry and exit points. Accordingly, the candidate has the option to enroll for an appropriate duration based on his/her present command over the language and personal end-objectives.
The course modules begin with Band C and move on to Bands B and A as the candidates acquire greater confidence and skills. An indicative mapping of skill levels with job opportunities is given below: |
