At the outset our staff will conduct an initial assessment to evaluate the existing skills of the participants. This is followed by a needs analysis, after which, in consultation with you, we will agree upon a course to suit your work pattern and goals. We will not only assess the language skills requirements of the participants, but will also match them to the existing or potential staff. The course can encompass typical job scenarios like: - Face to face contacts with business partners. - Simulated telephone negotiations. - Common phraseology encountered during the daily course of business. - Technical vocabulary relevant to your business. We will also recommend individual or group training, along with the cost and the duration of the sessions. We also offer onsite language audits. | |
Post-training support in the form of exercises or projects is also offered to maintain continuity in learning. | |
